Network Numerical Simulation System Is Developed

With the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology and computer technology, especially internet/intranet technology, NC system will be integrated and closely connected to network. The simulation technology of NC process provides a powerful implement to judge the validity of NC codes, avoid the occurrence of interference and collision, and forecast the machining process. The dynamic simulation of NC system that is complex and valuable is indispensable to the advanced NC system.This paper has developed Simulation of Network NC System Based on Java. It includes help system of NNC, simulation system of lathe NC system and automatic correcting system of NC program.Firstly ,the paper has presented the development of help system of NNC and emphasized the key technologies, such as editing file filter, importing documents of help, making web pages ect.Then, the simulation system has been analyzed and designed. We have realized the rendering of the motion picture with multiple threads. The method of NC interpolation has been discussed in detail. The overall structure of program has also been given.Last, the paper has presented the scheme and programming methods of automatic correcting system. The results analyzed with some NC codes have shown that the automatic correcting system is correct.
