In recently two decades, in the international or at home, the solid wastes have increased triple times than their average economic increasing in all countries of the world because of the continual utilization of natural resources and the development of society, especially since the high concentration of the population and rapid development of cities. More and more solid wastes added the heavy burden of society and economy, especially the garbage which have not treated and stacked for many years arbitrarily on the space led to pollute the soil, air and water quality, moreover tied up large of land. So to research and analyze the polluted situation of garbage of Beijing city is not only the necessity of ecological environment protection but also the requirement of economic sustained development of Beijing city.This article surveyed Beijing city that included 16 regions and 2 countries, totally 16807 sq.km. by 3S technology, using traditional method and modern high scientific technology, researched the distribution character and the situation of pollution and treatment of garbage, evaluate the effect of garbage site on the environment, divide the garbage distribution into dangerous district, potential dangerous district and minor harm district, according to the natural geography condition(including the structure of earth's surface, the location of water supply, the ambit between shallow groundwater and confined water, the replenishment distract of groundwater and the rupture strip of stratum).The garbage sites have severely polluted environment, especially to the groundwater. Because the groundwater circle is very slow, once it was polluted, polluted component would stay in the aquifer permanently and need be recovered for long time. So I choose the worst polluted district on the environment— the most important groundwater supply district in the east of Yongding River as the microscopic object, researched the effect of the garbage sites which were not treated and have stacked in the open air for many years on groundwater from 1987 to 2004 in decades years, analyzed the changed characters (including the distribution character of groundwater resource, the change of groundwater level, water chemical type and water quality), summarized that: the water quantity of water resource has reduced obviously; the water chemical type changed from mainly carbonic acid to vitriol and chloride, the velocity of water has decreased and tread to slow; the quality of water from upriver to downriver has deteriorated, showing the pollutants have the character of enrichment and transplant; the change of groundwater level worse the pollution of groundwater, rainfall and extraction quantity determined the groundwater level and the extent of groundwater pollution.
