For solving the problem of diesel engine shaky arm' s deep hole process, we developed the four-axes NC control hole-process combine machine , done deepgoing research and use in the sides of layer, knives, process and so on. Now we have got very good economic results and society results.Process plan is the base of machine. So firstly, we formulated practical and rational process plan, improved the unrational part in the original plan; Secondly, our main work is design and make of the combine machine. By the joint use of NC system and hydraulic-press control system, the machine has proper advance, reliance and economy property; In addition, the workpiece layers are quick and convenient because of their hydraulic-press control system. They are suitable for different workpieces; We have improved the knives' life by adjustment of their angles.By practice of the positive result, the shaky arm' quality and process efficiency are greatly improved, economic results are very good.
