In this paper,studies were perfomed for searching of pathways to retard the oil productivity declination and improving the effects of development,in pertinence with the facts that the oil fields had entered their mid to lather stages of development,with high water contents,complex oil and water systems,highvanations of reservoirs in between or in the beds and low reservoir pressures.1. The main contents of study1) The study on rational ratio of injecting/producing.2) The study on rational ratio on injecting/producing number of wells.3) The the limitations about raising liquid productivity.4) The study on adjustment for liquid of well yilding.2. the distridution of residual oil and methods for enhancing oil recovery1) The residual oil regions were mainly scattered about non producing region,springiness drive region and triangle regions in well net.2) The vertical oil potentials mainly distributed in the perforated non flooded intervals and non effect shows zones.3) Practically raise the amount of liquid extraction,maintain the oil recovery in the high water contene stage.4) To control the water contert rising by adjusting the makeup of liquid production.5) To pertorm pay zone relay by perforation substitute oil intervals.3 Conclusions and suggestions1) The low reservoir pressure held down the oil well productivity which in tumlimited the production of reservoirs at their mid to high water content stages and recovery enhancement was done by raising the liquid paoducing.2) The rational injecting/producing ratio for individual blocks were determined in accordance with dynamic calculation and numerical simulation results.3) Adjustments on rational injecting/producing well numbers should be done with therising of water content.4) To raise the liquid producing is one of the main method for maintaining the oil productivity at their mid to high water content stage.5) The Jing 11 block had entered the high water content stage,methods such as raising productivities of low mid water producing wells and cutting off productivity of high water yielding wells,were applied on the retarding of water content rising.
