The aqueous solution polymer is one of the most important and extensive in application polymer in high molecular material.lt has extensive use in many realms and become new a little bit hot in now high molecular material science investigative [1] . The polyacrylamide is the water-soluble polymer of a kind of line, is one of the most extensive species of water-soluble polymers in application, it polymerizes from acrylamide, therefore take the side group-amide group on its molecular mainly chain, the chemistry activity of amide group is very big, make polyacrylamide has many effects, is extensively applied to many fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, water treating etc. But with the development of oil exploration towards deep well, super deep well and marine drilling , drilling layer become complicated gradually, put forward higher request to drilling fluid craft technique, Especially at temperature resistance and anti-salt aspects, however, polyacrylamide get worse at temperature resistance,anti-salt and shear resistance. For this reason its expansion application suffers to limit. In order to solve these weaknesses of polyacrylamide, to extend the acrylamide polymer application, to satisfy the demand of the polymer under high salt and heat oil oil pool condition ,to make its suitable for use more extensively, the domestic and international researchconcentrates primarily on below aspects: synthesize polyacrylamide that has extremely high molecular weight; copolymerize AM with other monomer , the modification of the polyacrylamide and cross bonding. Among them polymerization with the other monomers of new function is a valid path applied.free radicals polymerization is of vital importance in high molecular synthesize industry, at present there are many important high molecular material in oil-field use, such as polyacrylamide,polyacrylonitrile etc. because reaction the free radicals of polymerization has the technique mature, synthesize technique simple, reaction easy to the control, product function and orientation wide etc,this method acquires the most extensive application in high molecular synthesize industry. This text combines literature, make acrylamide respectively polymerize with DMDAAC(cationic monomer), AMPS( anionic monomer) by free radicals in aqueous solution , synthesize two types of ionic water-soluble polymers, discuss the effect of reaction condition on apparent viscosity of them in water solution ; optimize the best reaction condition; estimate their intrinsic viscosity by viscosimetry; characterize molecular construction of them by infrared spectrum ;evalue the solution of them at temperature resistance ,anti-salt and anti-sour aspects, at the last, assess preliminarily their application to slurry.
