| The in-situ generating method is one of the most important ways to prepare the rubber matrix nanocomposite. In this thesis, a series of research of the ZDMA/NBR composite were conducted. To acquire novel rubber matrix nanocomposite with good all-around properties, the reasonable formula and processing technique were used. At the same time, the microstructure and the reinforcement mechanism of NBR filled by acrylic acid metal salt were explored.Firstly, the processing technique and rheology properties of ZDMA/NBR nanocomposite were studied in order to find a reasonable blending way, formula requirement and vulcanization technique to produce the composite. The result comes out as the following, when ZDMA is added times and bits, the good dispersion of ZDMA can be gotten. If the vulcanization time is increased properly, it will do desired to acquiring of nano-reinforced structure and improve the all-around properties. Compared with N220 carbon black filling rubber, ZDMA/NBR composite has better processing property.Secondly, through SEM and TEM we observ that the micron ZDMA particle in the matrix can form the nano-net in the vulcanized rubber by in-situ self-ploymerization. There are electrovalent bond, multi-ion bond and micro-structure poly-ZDMA in the ZDMA/NBR system, especially in the high filling amount of ZDMAThe normal physical and mechanical properties, aging ability, oil resistance, heat resistance, compression fatigue and dynamic property of ZDMA/NBR nanocomposite were researched. Compared with N220 carbon black reinforced rubber, ZDMA/NBR nanocomposite has more excellent. The results show that the ZDMA/NBR nanocomposite has performance advantages in many aspects. But the material has great RT permanent set and compressing permanent setbecause of the special reinforcing structure.Lastly, the elementary study on the two-step vulcanization of ZDMA/NBR was conducted and a higher elongation without any decrease of the strength of ZDMA/NBR composite was gotten through it. |
