Tubular product is one of the important engineering material.Plastic tubular is widely used in the all kinds of engineering because of corrosion-proof,stalling facility ect. And because the plastic tubular is different in the kinetosome material,aided material,molding technology,the facility of molding and the purpose of the application , the plastic tubular is formed into the product hierarchy in which the kinds of plastic tubular are multiply ,the performances of plastic tubular are diversity and the price of plastic tubular are different .In order to develop the kinds of plastic tubular whose mechanical property is very good,whose molding technology is comparatively simple and which is cheap,in this paper,the die with the mandril rotating is studied which is applied to extrusion the plastic tubular online mixing with long fiber-glass.The follow works have been finished:1 .In term of the property of glass-fiber and the experimental datas of plastic strengthed with glass-fiber,the effective factors of the strengthed plastic and the microscopy mechanical property of the sticky point of the fiber and base body are introduced.The mechanics of the plastic strengthed with glass-fiber are analysed.2. The molding process of the general plastic tubular and all kinds of dies are introduced.The feature of the intensity of the plastic tubular is analysed .On the other words, the effect on the intensity by orientation of molecule and the distribution of radial stress,circle stress and axial stress of tubular as the result of inner pressure,the conclusion is made that the intensity of plastic pressure tubular lied on the circle intensity,so circle intensity must be strengthed to increase the intensity of tubular.3.A kinds of die is designed and declared the national patent. The dies are put use into the ejecting the plastic tubular helical online mixing with long fiber-glass .The feature of the die is fllowing :the die is installed in the present general extruder ; general polymer granule is used in the ejecting process;after melting the polymer granule,fiber-glass in a length is mixed online into the plastic fluid ;making the fluid molecule and fiber-glass helical orientation along the tube wall of the ejecting circle tubular product.So the higher strength tubular is produced to meet the needs of practical engineering.4.On the basis of analysing the Poiseuille flow and Couette flow ,the resolution expressions of helical velocity of the mixture flow in the die is deduced .The die with revolving mandral is used to the ejecting the plastic tubular online mixing with long glass-fiber.Then the amounts without dimension are used and expressions are simplified .At last,making the resolution of Newton flow as initial resolution ,with the numerical value of partial differential way,the curve of velocity field of explame is given .5.On the basis of the seting up the flow expression of the melt in die ,the expression is analysed with the whole numerical simulation algorimm.And the flow in the new kind of die with revolving mandral is calculated with analogy method with ANSYS.The states of volecity vector quantity on the several key section are deduced .So the design of the two new kinds of die is proved to be practical in the essence and that provides the data basis for development of solid mass.
