In the article,the protection and elimition of the amido and hydroxy groups in glucose and glucosamine, preparation of ramification of glycosamine,activation of 1-C in glucosamine, preparation of intermediate of glycophanes were studied.Optimization were studied when the groups in glucosamine and glucose were acetylated,the amido and hydroxy in glusosamine were protected with different groups, after the formed proctive groups of amido were elimited, peracetyl glucosamine with free amido groups were prepared , the yields of this methods was improved in this article,the 1-C in glucosamine were activated with different groups, the intermidiate of glycophane were synthesized and the cyclization to glcophanes were studied.
