Some relative characters of reverse micro emulsions of reacting substance/AOT/iso-octane were studied. The phase graphs of the reverse micro emulsions at different temperatures were drawn. And the charts of relationship between conductivity of the reverse micro emulsions and the solubility of H2O or the solution of RDX in them were also done. On the base of them as well as characters and rules of preparation of nanometer materials by the method of micro emulsions, the best conditions were found in the preparation of the reverse micro emulsions. After the analysis of the particularity of the method (recrystallization in micro emulsion) of preparation of nanometer RDX, the problem of the collection of powdery nanometer RDX was solved with the relative theory of phase interface membrane. The collected powder RDX with about 26nm diameter was proved and characterized by TEM and XRD. At last, the powdery nanometer RDX was detected. Its partial properties were compared with ordinary RDX. And some important conclusions have been drawn. Impact sensitiveness of nanometer RDX drops a little while its friction sensitiveness raises by a large margin. In addition, activation energy of thermal decomposition of nanometer RDX is more than ordinary RDX and its reaction rate of decomposition is a little faster ,etc.
