Influence factors on tensile strength of nonel tube were analyzed theoretically and three possible solutions, i.e. co-blend modification of nonel tube plastics self-reinforced modification of nonel tube plastics and the study of multiple layer nonel tube, were given.In this paper,the latter two solutions were explored. Firstly, using self-devised equipment,nonel tube was drawn statically in order to obtain self-reinforced nonel tube. Secondly, a series of tests were carried out on self-reinforced nonel tube. The results showed that axial tensile strength of self-reinforced nonel tube was above 200N and doubled than that of common nonel tube; self-reinforced nonel tube could booster steadly and its detonation velocity was about 1800m.s-1;self-reforced nonle tube could meet all tests standard of nonel tube except for not endurance of ammonium nitrate.Lastly, multiple layer nonel tube were studied, including the behaviors of outer and inner layer plastics. A double-layer co-extruding die mold was devised preliminarily.
