Polyaniline(PAn) is considered to be the most prospective in application among the various structural conducting polymers. A novel PAn/CeO2 nano-composite has been successfully synthesised by three different ways, ie, in-situ dispersion polymerization with nano CeO2 particles, in-situ polymerization in CeO2 nanaparticles hydrosol and in-situ polymerizatoin in CeO2 nanoparticles organosol. electric conductivity affected by CeO2 content have been investigated in detail.The token and structure analysis of PAn/nano-CeO2 composition material have been characterized by FTIR, Roman in this paper. the configuration of the composite can be observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). The core-shell structure can be arrived by in-situ dispersion polymerization. and there is chemical action between PAn and ceria. it was proved by FTIR and Roman that the action is arised at N atom. It is indicated by TG analysis thatThere are no production attended by in-situ polymerization in CeO2 nanaparticles hydrosol. PAn/nano-CeO2 composite material can be made by in-situ polymerizatoin in CeO2 nanoparticles organosol. But there are no chemical interaction between PAn and CeO2. CeO2 is been packed by DBSA which come in PAn by way of doping agent.Electrics test of Pan/nano-CeO2 composite has been characterized in detail. The conductance rate is reducing with increase of CeO2 in composite by in-situ dispersion polymerization. It affected remarkable when the content of CeO2 is low. There has a descendent tendency with the in crease of CeO2 in composite by in-situ polymerization in CeO2 nanoparticles organosol. The content of CeO2 do has effect on the conductance rate of composite, but it affect less than that of in-situ dispersion polymerization.
