The microcomputer controlling system of special compound electromagnetic for electromagnetic casting-rolling is the key step to realize aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling. In order to generates special compound magnetic field, the current and voltage of the load-loop must be multi-frequency and high frequency component must vary randomly. In this paper, surrounding the key problem of the plan, how to convert frequency and realize microcomputer control is essential.1 According to producing principle of electromagnetic casting-rolling and special requirement of magnetic field, the article research control strategy of control system; on the base of analyzing working condition of influencing-circuit, we calculate inductance after circuit be electrified.2 Converting quantized technical parameter of electromagnetic continuum rolling to those of stabilization state and movement state of control system, and erecting mathematic model. Analysed the characteristic of stabilization state and movement state of system, and testified the reliability of control-system.3 In the process of actualizing electromagnetic casting-rolling control system, selected microcomputer as control core through experiment comparing , and proved its rationality in theory.4 Discussing the purpose of using random frequency , Based on getting decimal fraction method, introduced an improved arithmetic for generating random number which could be benefit for real-time control. Mainly discussed the key problem of generating special compound electromagnetic,which is how to design triggering control signal, established the controlling arithmetic, and compiled the application program.5 In order to make circuit varies with frequency, we adopt PI adjuster to gain changeless electromagnetic moment in control circuit.6 In order to improve power factor of control system, We adopted difference-phase control method to dissymmetry control transducer, designed a set of experimentation equipment, verified the effect by the experiment datum.The conclusion in this paper take an important role to realize the CS-II electromagnetic casting-rolling control system. Now, the system is running stably with powerful anti-interfere capability in LanZhou aluminium Ltd. Generalizing and applying this system will create more economical and social benefit.
