To assure the scientific and safe utilization of hydrocarbon fuel in 250kg-aviation missiles, the further study on the physical and chemical property of hydrocarbon fuel was finished in this paper: fuel density between -55℃ ~55℃and saturated vapor pressure between 30℃~60℃ were measured, the relationship curve and polynomials that R2 is bigger than 0. 995 were gotten. The way to measure fuel ingredient contents by Gas Chromatography technology was determined, i. e. the contents of the sensitive fuel C was tested by means of calibration curve with ethyl acetate as solvent; the contents of the another three ingredients in the mixed fuel were manifested by ways of area-normalization method and peak area contents. The fuel compatibility was studied, the results shows that it is more reliable and more precise to study the inter-fuel compatibility by the method of using Accelerating Rate Calorimeter. The corrosion experiments indicates that the fuel and two casing materials (st12-1.5, 20# steel slab) have good external-compatibility; such method can be recommended as way to study the compatibility of other materials. Finally, a set of quality control and measuring standard of hydrocarbon fuel was established.
