Started from the analysis and comparison of several kinds material which interfere millimeter wave at present, a new-type material of interference 3mm wave-the ultrathin electric slice is discovered in this text. Based on the electromagnetic theory, the electromagnetic parameters and basic physical capability of ultrathin electric slice are measured and analyzed.The radar cross section theory of mm wave interference materials is based on the calculation of the skin depth,surface resistivity,heat wastage resistance of the ultrathin electric slice showed that the absorption attenuation ability is better on Foil and Chaff, up to 35.6%.According to Mie theory,the extinction parameters of ultrathin electric slice in 3mm wave band are calculated,when the particle size parameter k is small,the absorption take as the leading factor,when k is big,the scattering take as the leading factor.The influence between the diameter ,mass concentration of ultrathin electric slice and attenuation capability in 3mm wave band is measured and studied,the bigger is the diameter and mass concentration,the lower is the transmittance and the bigger is the attenuation decibels.The transmittance of ultrathin electric slice which diameter is from 0.9mm to 1.5mm and mass is 12 grams is below 25% and attenuation decibels is up to 12.05dB.
