Study On The Synthesis Of Biapenem Side Chain

This paper studied some of the highlights in the progress of the research of carbapenem antibiotics, designed and mainly synthesized branched chain intermediate of biapenem.In the article, we have got through synthetic route and intermediate was gained by five steps reaction. Then we improved and optimized the technology of synthesis of branched chain of biapenem. We have obtained success.The structures of all compounds above were identified by IR and NMR.
