Coal industry has a very important place in our country. The safety of the coal mine not only affects the benefit and the development of the coal industry, but also affects social stabilization. So our government regards it as a very important work. This paper is a case study on the basis of the sociology theory. We chose the Tao he coal mine in the north china as the researched case. This paper analyzed the methods about the safety norms education in the daily grind and living and discussed its function and pattern, which consist of six chapters. The introductions introduced the meaning of this paper and give a summary on the correlative study results. Chapter 1 introduced the correlative theory, hypothesis, and survey research design. Chapter 2 introduced the Tao he coalmine and its safety status. Chapter3 introduced the methods about the standing education of the safety norms in Tao he coalmine. Chapter4 and chapter 5 explained the conclusion.The paper analyzed the methods about the standing education of the safety norms in Tao he coal mine by social control and role theory. Their methods applied the duties, social hint, and the group pressure, etc. The corporation not only embedded the safety norms and consciousness in the role-playing but also make use of the influence of the different group about the stuff in order to make the stuff obey the safety norms. These methods consisted a social control system that redounds to integrate the safety norms into the stuffs behavior in work, which redounds to the coalmine safety. So the coalmine corporation should find out those important day-to-day touches of the stuff in the course of putting the standing education of the safety norms in force and apply those felicitous methods of the social control. This paper also reflected the professionalism process of the social member through which expatiated the meaning of the social control methods in the course of learning the safety norms. |
