Using the reservoir simulation method, the paper studied the limits of flowing pressure of oil well, the increased rate of water cut, the decline rate of oil production, the recoverable reserve and the recovery factor during high water cut stage at Sazhong area in Daqing oilfield. The result shows that the limits of flowing pressure of oil well are 2.32MPa for the basic well pattern, 2.56Mpa for the primary infilled well pattern, 2.75MPa for the secondary infilled well pattern and 2.70Mpa for Gaotaizhi reservoir. The increased rate of water cut decline from 1.58% in 2000 to 0.96% in 2010. The decline rate of oil production is 7.0% from 2003 to 2010. By the end of 2001, the technical recoverable reserve is 59238 × 104t, the recovery factor is 48.3%.The paper also studied the prospect of the polymerflood, it has important significance for the next period's development.
