| This thesis mainly investigates the reaction between melamine and formaldehyde after referring to large number of domestic and foreign documents, and then designs the reactive route for the manufacture of resin. Such thermoplastics as BP, PAM and PEG are selected to modify melamine-formaldehyde resin; meanwhile, some important factors, for example temperature, reactive time, the amount of thermoplastic resin and so on, are discussed and analyzed. The frames and performances of non-modified and modified melamine formaldehyde resins are shown through IR, DSC, DTA and XRD. Later the lab path for manufacturing filature solution is decided, and the LOI of manufactured resins is rising to 42 accordingly. At last the corresponding filature method is advanced, and the filature equipment are designed and manufactured. |
