For the demand of the work site, the conditions of well selection program of the stimulation measure that the method of fracturing, matrix acidizing, profile control in injection well, chemical water plugging in oil well and the optimum method of construction parameter are studied in this paper. Evaluation on the effect of stimulation that was made by the field data. For this reason, it is difficult for the decision-maker to make an economy feasibility of the measure confronting of it. In order to solve these problems, there are two dimensional regression used on this paper. The paper made a serious of counting on the accumulated oil in the period of validity, and bring forward an optimize selecting measure for a single well that made a reliable theory basic, for the net after the measure, the rate of input -output, and the math model of forecast of the limited economy output. According to the theory of the technology economic, a mathematic model was made that was about optimization of producer and injector stimulation of oilfield, and a software was compiled to deal with optimization of stimulation and economy analysis, it has practical guidance significance for realizing the consolidation between increase production and synergic, reducing low efficient measures, enhancing the return rate of investment.
