High frequency electro-mechanical conversion device is a new style electromagnetic. It is a primary component of Electronic Engravers machine and its significance is increasing the efficiency of plate making. A lot of advanced countries have made great progress in it. Based on published documents, the paper researches the construction and primary assembly of high-frequency electro-mechanical conversion device. The paper builds mathematics model, then gives a simulation to the mathematics model. It proves that the construction is precise. The paper was also systematically analyzed and researched via a theory analysis. The research includes: analysis system construction principle and system function characteristics; calculate and verify the best work point, the dynamic work point and reversion-permeability; build mathematics model of magnetic field according to Maxwell's electromagnetism theory, give a theory analysis to magnetic model through column-pivoting elimination, get the relation between the size of armature and the position; build magnetic current model and makes a theories analysis, then get the MATLAB simulation; Establish the dynamic function respectively for the different control way of electric current and electric voltage, analysis the responds to step input of two equation advantage and disadvantage respectively. The paper gives a simulation to dynamic equation controlled by current with inputs of different Sine signal, discuss the influence of construction's giving to dynamic equation and analysis improvement method and the influence that the eddy gives to the system.The paper designs an experiment system with piezoelectricity sensor and does it. The data gets from the experiment verifies the accuracy of mathematics model. At the same time, in different aspect test the influence to the device with different construction parameters. Experiment results prove that construction design can attain the request of frequency respond. Nicer system stability and linearity are confirmed by experiments. The theories analysis and the conclusion from experiment of the paper have the leading meaning in designing high-frequency respond electromagnetic and future going deep into the research. The paper contents as follows:In the first chapter: overview application field and development condition of high-frequency electro-mechanical conversion device. Narrate the function request of the research and compare every kind of conversion devices, at the same time, point out the meaning of the research of the paper.In the second chapter: give the construction of the conversion deice according to high-frequency, simply describe its assemble way and work principle, respectively introduce function request and construction characteristics of every main parts, make sure of the work point of magnetic track. Simply introduce the dynamic work point of magnetic track and calculate the reversion-permeability of dynamic work point.In the third chapter: build magnetic mathematic model according to Maxwell's Equation, draw up calculation procedure using column-pivoting elimination. Solute mathematic model and draw contour line of magnetic field. Build magnetic track model, analysis and simulate the suffering situation of twist stalk. Get different model of dynamic function according to different control way and compare them. At lastsimulate a lot of dynamic function with MATLAB, and analysis the influence that every parameters give to system function.In the fourth chapter: analysis the construction of the experiment equipments and the demarcation of the sensor; research the Sine inputs through experiments under different conditions. Also make experiment with other influent parameter. The results prove to be feasible.In the fifth chapter: summarize the paper and prospect the future research.
