Based on the previous corresponding investigations, combined with experiments and tests, parameter characteristics of FAE (Fuel Air Explosive) blast field, reliability analysis of test method and assessment method for blast power of FAE were investigated. According to the analysis of test data of several different FAE devices, and experienced formula of TNT, parameter characteristics of FAE blast field were illustrated in detail. The way to determine the formula between overpressure and scaled distance was improved. According to the theory of reflected wave and actual measured data of several different TNT charges, this formula, coincident with explosion similarity law, was obtained. Furthermore, precision and stability of trial system were illustrated. With overpressure-duration damage criterion and the CI criterion of shock wave, a new casualty ranking formulae was derived. After taken characteristics of explosive field formed by FAE into consideration, identity equation was fitted with test data. Then the range of casualty ranking of FAE was deduced (the power circle).
