The optimum cultivation time of several funguses fermented on the substrate of straw, lees, pachyrhizus and under the condition of pH7 and 28C was determined by mensurating the content of saccharide, the cellulose activity and the FP activity with the change of the time. Degradation of wheat straw, lees, pachyrhizus by cofermentation of fungus and yeast was also studied in this paper, and the different content of the protein fermented by the different fungus was compared. The effect of mental iron ,such as Mg2+, Fe2+, Mn2+ and so on, on the cellulase activity as studied, and it is concluded that Fe2+, Mg2+,Mn2+, Zn2+, A13+ is an activator to the cellulase activity of the Trichoderma viride andAspergillus niger, and Cu2+ is an inhibitor to the cellulase activity of the Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger.
