Nantong City Landfill Leachate Treatment Technology Research

Landfill leachate is difficult to be treated. An applicable system is developed by using hybrid anaerobic reactor(UASB)/ammonia stripper/ anoxic-oxic submerged biofilm aereation basin/coacervation and sedi-mention reator/absorption reator process,which is suitable for landfill ieachate of nantong city. The concentration of COD before treatment is 7850 mg/l,of BOD 850 mg/1 and of NH.-N 450 mg/l. The concentration of COD after treatment is 96 mg/1, of BOD 12 mg/1 and of NH3-N 12 mg/1. The emoval rate of COD is up to 98. 8%, of BOD 98.6% and of NH3-N 97. 3%, which satisfy the quality requiement.
