Chinese Medicine Extraction Liquid Membrane Distillation Of Concentrated Study

Membrane distillation is one kind of new separation technique in recent years. Because of its high efficiency, low energy consumption and working at room temperature, the research and using of membrane distillation have got more and more attention. Traction Chinese condensation of traditional medicine is one important part of Chinese traditional medicine preparation modernization. The multi-evaporation technology affects the quality of thermal-sensitive Chinese traditional medicine because of its high working temperature. Theory and experiment research of the membrane distillation condensation for Chinese traditional medicine are carried out in this paper supported by Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province.The mass transfer theory of membrane distillation is studied, which includes the mass transfer for two sides of membrane and the holes in membrane. Three mechanisms of micro-hole mass transfer and their applicable conditions are analyzed, and a theoretical model of mass transfer of membrane distillation is proposed on the basis of mass transfer theory.The temperature distribution in the membrane distillation of hollow fiber membrane is analyzed and an unsimplified and a simplified temperature calculation the membrane distillation methods are put forwardDirect contact membrane distillation (MD) and vacuum MD experiments are carried out for fresh liquid of motherwort in hollow fiber which validate the heat and mass transfer model and discuss the feasibility of membrane distillation condensation of the liquid of Chinese traditional medicine.The design and optimization of membrane distillation units and membrane pollution are also studied in this paper.The outcome of the paper is helpful for the future research of membrane distillation concentration of the liquid of Chinese traditional medicine and provides some theory basis of the industry application of the membrane distillation...
