As versatile intermediates in synthesis, a -oxo ketene dithioacetals have been studied extensively and especially as 1,3-electrophiles to form aryl and heterocyclic compounds . the elaborations of the a -position of a -oxo ketene dithioacetals have been carried out in order to exploit their application in synthesis.In this paper , 2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian -2-ylidene -3-oxo-butyryl cholorides have prepared succedly and their applications have been explored . the main results are listed as follows:1 2-(l,3)-dithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene-3-oxo-butyrylcholorides were prepared .The reaction conditions optimized.Their stability was studied.2 Ten of 2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian -2-ylidene -1-aryl butane -1,3-diones were synthesized via the Friedel-Crafts of 2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene-3-oxo-butyryl choloride with aromatic hydroarbons3 Four of 2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene-3-oxo-butyramide compounds,three of pyrazole one compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian -2-ylidene -3-oxo-butyryl choloride withamineand hydrazine.moreover,4-[ 1,4]Dithian-2-ylidene-5-[2-(4fluoro-phenyl)-vinyl]-2,4-dihydro-pyrazol-3-one and 4-[1,4]Dithian-2-ylidene -5-[2-(4-Dimethylamino-phenyl)-vinyl]-2,4-dihydro-pyrazol-3-one were obtained.4 The condensation between 2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene-3-oxo-butyramide and aromatic aldehyde was studied.Five of 2-(1,3)-ithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene-3-oxo-5-hydroxy-5-Aryl pentanoic acids phenyl amide,2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian-2-Ylidene-l-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl-4-pent-4-ene-1,3-dioneand2-(1,3)-dithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene-3-oxo-5-phenyl-pent-4-enoic acids diethylamide were obtainedTwenty-eight compounds prepared were characterized via IR and HNMR... |
