| In this paper , combining with the feature of bio-filter bed and sequencing batch biomembrane reactor ,electrode action was introduced to the microorganism system of sewage treatment ,we try to make it as the base of developing a kind of new technology with good result in dephosphorizing and denitriding for wastewater treatment.There were four kinds of reactors that had being designed : bio-filter , electrode-bio-filter , sequencing batch reactor(SBR) and electrode-sequencing batch reactor . In order to study electrode action how to affect dephosphorization and denitrification , the experiment of sewage microorganism treatment was taken in the same factor of electrode and biota, after ripeness of microorganism .The experiment results of bio-filter and electrode-bio-filter showed : electrode action is advantage to stabilizing and advancing the microorganism . hi the same conditions, CODcr, total phosphorus and nitrogen removal ratio hi electrode-bio-filter is respectively higher 3%~8%, 8%~14% and 10%~11% than in bio-filter.It became a good isolation when porcelains was put into active carbon in electrode-bio-filter , and porcelains would reduced short circuit current, enlarge the effective current and helpful to denitrification by cooperating with microorganism and active carbon hi electrolysis.The experiment results comparing SBR reactor and electrode-SBR reactor showed : appropriate current profitable to improving and stabilizing the growing environment of microorganism , and the sludge bulk was controlled . On the same conditions , CODcr and total phosphorus removal ratio hi electrode-SBR reactor was respectively higher 7% ~ 14% and 10% ~ 17% than hi SBR reactor, and accelerated the speed of dephosphorization.In electrode-SBR reactor , when the current density was 0. 04~0. 06mA / cm and the total phosphorus of enter water was respectively 3.10mg/L and 4. 30mg/L , the total phosphorus of out water was respectively 0.30mg/L and 0.20mg/L and hadbeen reached the discharged standard of the country, but in the same conditions in SBR reactor , the total phosphorus of out water was respectively 0. 85mg/L and 0. 95mg/L, and didn't reach the discharge standard.It was proved initially that electrode action was advantageous for the wastewater microorganism treatment. But microorganism treatment need to run continuously and was affected by many factors , so this paper studied the electrode with only a kind of size and structure in electrode-SBR reactor. The author considered : there was a distinct result in microorganism treatment by introducing electrode action and suggested the experiment work will go on.On the experimental conditions , distinct effect on the nitrogen removal didn't discover in electrode-SBR reactor. |
