| Endocrine-disrupting chemicals(EDCs) have been received more and more attention for their serious effects to human and other mammals. Some kinds of pesticides are known as endocrine-disrupting chemicals, just like the six herbicides in this paper. There are many detection technology for pesticides residues including gas chromatography(GC), high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, supercritical fluid chromatography(SFC), immunosensor analytical technology, enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA), chemiluminescence analysis(CL), high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) etc.LC/MS has been playing more and more roles not only in medicines and biomacromolecule field but also in domain of organic pollutants in accompany with the development of the LC/MS technology and the appearance of the LC/MS instrument. Its use in organic pollutants detection increases year by year. LC/MS has been the more promising analytical means in the thermal instable organic chemicals. LC/MS has many features such as abroad analytical area, better separation, low detection limit, short analytical period, high automatic degree etc. This paper include three experiments:(1) Detection of the two phenoxyacetic herbicides residues by HPLC, the effects of the experiments conditions are studied. The method is rapid, simple and the result is satisfactory.(2) Detection of the two phenoxyacetic herbicides residues by LC/MS. The experiments conditions are optimized. Several kinds of sample preparation methods are compared.(3) Detection of the four triazinyl herbicides residues by LC/MS. The four herbicides can not be separated on LC but on LC/MS. |
