L(+)-Glutamine(L(+)-Glutamine acid-5-amide) is the most aboundant amino aci-d in human's being and is an unnecessary amino acid. Generally, there is enough L(+)-Glutamine for metabolism, but it is needed to be taken after exquisite athletics and when being injured or infection. L(+)-Glutamine is very useful: for example, improving the immunity function, maintaining the balance of acid and alkali and increasing the bulk of cell, etc. Otherwise, it also can be used as biochemical reagent. The study object in this article is to synthesize L(+)-Glutamine by chiral pool to improve on synthetical technics and to study the factors which result in the racematio -n for higher yield(75%) and optical purity. It can be gotten that temperature, pH and the reaction time take a great part in the racemation of L(+)-Glutamine by studying it's racemation and asymmetric transforma -tion in water, pickle-water and pickle- methanol.Otherwise, two kinds of esterifying means are compared, and the conclusion is that the SC12 is better than H2SO4.By studying the reaction mechanism and analysing the experimental result, the reation condition can be gotten.
