China's Environmental Management To Explore

Human society has created unprecedented material civilization and spiritual civilization until today, but at the same time it initiated a series of environmental issue. Natural ecosystem was destroyed and lost the balance. finally direct or indirect influenced all objective existence of development and the survival of mankind. Chinese economy develops in high speed. As the most developing countries in the world, China is facing serious environmental issue in industrializing process. As expert estimates, the loss caused by water pollution, air pollution, solid waste emission and noise pollution is around 280 billions RMB annually.Environmentalists think generally that the nature of environmental issue is the speed of consuming the resource exceeds the regenerative speed of resource, the quantity of environmental emission has exceeded environment self-cleaning capacity. Environmental management has undergone "no treatment, end treatment and pollution prevention" three stages. Entering the pollution prevention stage, People set up sustainable development viewpoint, it includes following main content:1, Sustainable development encourages economy increase2 ,The sign of sustainable development is the resource extending use and good ecological environment3, The goal of sustainable development is to seek the overall society advance.In 1990s', International standard organization issued ISO 14000 environmental management system serials standards. This thesis emphasized EMS (environmental management system) basic thinking, basic requirement and the EMS standards understanding, thereby the reader will understand the reason and motivation that the corporations implement EMS. ISO14001 environmental management system is a kind of scientific management system.
