The intramolecular oxidation-reduction reaction of 4-Nitrotoluene is detailedly studied in this thesis. When the concentration of Ethanol decreases from the references' value 95% to 70% and the volume of the reaction reduces to half that of the references', the results show the yield and the purity of the product are as good as the references', The problems of Ethanol's recycle and the equipments scale are solved.In the improved method, 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde is synthesized. It provides a significance basis to industrialization, 4-Amino-3.5-dichloro- β -Nitrostyrene is an excellent inhibitor to hemoblast It is synthesized for the first time in the improved intramolecular oxidation-reduction reaction with high yield. Comparing with the references' method, it needs fewer procedures, less oxidation-reduction, less time, simpler technics and so on. As the method reduces the cost, it provides a establish for the further research.
