The species and using conditions of profile-modifying agent is comprehended in this paper. On this foundation, the profile-modifying agent of Polycryamides-lignocellulose is studied and evaluated. The room experiment shows that: the optimal prescription of profile-modifying agent is that: (l)the synthesis of PS base solution is that the optimal concentration of Polycryamides(PAM) solution is 0.6% and the optimal mass ratio of Ca-lignocellulose(Ca-LS) is 1.3%; (2) the prescription of profile-modifying agent is that the PS base solution is diluted with 10 times, the mass ratio of potassium dichromate and thiourea is 0.6% and 0.4%, respectively. In this prescription, the gel viscosity of profile-modifying agent exceeds 100000 mPa.s, the crosslinking time varies in the range of 20~60h. The corn experiment shows that the plugging ratio exceeds 99% and the breakthrough pressure exceeds 0.5Mpa/cm. The corn mini-photograph shows that the gel plug the b.ig hole way of core, tile injection water revolve the plugging region and form the new hole way, the radiation coefficient of the injection water is improved, The experiment of oil field show that the adsorption dissect surface of injection water well is improved after the chemical profile-modify. The crude oil that produce from well which connect with the injection well increases. The chemical profile-modify in one close region shows that file number and thickness of the high absorption layer decrease and the number and thickness of the low absorption layer improve. The decreasing rate of volume of oil production in close region and the water rising rate are lighted. The results of exploitation in close region is improved.
