Yixin Capsule Preparation Process

The experiment has studied on the preparational process of Yixin capsuie.Based on the preliminary test of the chief influencial factors, we designed the L9(34) orchogonal experiment and chose the total solid content and the total saponin content as the estimation indexes to potimize the extraction process of crud herds by alcohol and water ,refined the chief available composition and saponin of crud herds with macroporous resin. Then we made the pharmacodynamics tests to compare the extraction (total saponin part) purified by resin from the alcohol-extracted liqiud,the extractum powder (not refined part) recovered solvent from the alcohol-extracted liqiud and the extractum powder (the none-saporin part without being absorpted by resin),condensed from the following liquid throught the resin volume.The results showed that the alcohol-extraction was better than the water-extraction;the total saponin content of extractum refined by resin was more than 60%.The group of total saponin part manifested the same pharmacological action as the group of the extractum powder condensed form the alcohol-extracted liqiud, but the none-saponin part displays nothing.The results indicated that macroporous resin was able to saperate and refine the extracted liquid of crud herds.
