The CO, adsorption properties of adsorbents in N2-CO2 mixture has been studied using single-column kinetic evaluation apparatus in this experiment.This experiment investigates adsorption performance of CO2 on modified 13X molecular sieve, mordenite, coal-based activated carbon, nutshell-based activated carbon, granule activated carbon fibers by reversible adsorption capacity, desorption cost, adsorption capacity elasticity of pressure.13X, mordenite, coal-based activated carbon and nutshell-based activated carbon are modified by the method of hydrothermal ion exchange and immersion. Activated carbon fibers are molded by adopting hydroxybenzene aldehyde resin and crylic acid resin.0. 3mol/L is the best optimal ion consistence. Surface of modified activated carbon make special center of adsorption. By researching activated carbon modified by Ca2+ Mg2+ Cu2+ We arrive at a conclusion that nutshell-based activated carbon modified by Cu2+ have good adsorptive reversibility for carbon dioxide. Moreover reversible adsorption capacity influenced by pressure is remarkable in a certain range so .Activated carbon fibers including 85% nutshell-based activated carbon molded by crylic acid resin have very excellent desorpton performance. |
