Control Of Pesticide Slow Release Of Starch-based Biodegradable Materials

Starch is one of the native polymeric materials,it can be degradable completely in all kinds of enviroment.Starch release carbon dioxide and water when degradable ,so it cause no poison for soil and atmosphere .Starch is one of the abundant and renewable resources,and it very cheap.So starch can be used as degradable materials for controlled-release of agrochemicals .This paper we studied the formulation and controlled-release character of starch based degradable materials.And all-starch thermoplastics was developed with starch as raw material and a little amount of degradable additive.And the release condition and several factors of influences on controlled-release of the materials were studied .The result show the considerable potential for controlled-release of agrochemicals.
