The main problem of the taurine industries is the low rate of production. One is the low rate of composition reaction itself, other is the massive lost in the separate and refine process of composition resultant. Now the taurine industries rate of production at home only a yield of 52%. This have a great effect on its production and application. Finding and optimizing the best production technology, improving the rate of the taurine production, are the main research topic of taurine industry.In the first part of this paper, They composite taurine with monoethanolamine and sulphuric acid by eterification and sulphonating, make the best condition of reaction, improve the rate of production to 76. 8%.They choose a new dehydrater, DG-1, in the esterification reaction of compositing 2-aminoethylsulfuric acid. They find out the best reaction condition, operating at normal pressure, get the 2-aminoethylsulfuric acid that the total output is 98% and the purity is upon 95%. The dehydrater can be recovered and used again, the recovery is upon 98. 3%.In the sulfonation reaction, they chose the best qualification: proportion, additional method, times, temperature, eg. By making a lots of tests, get the gross product of taurine with the yeild of 76. 8%, determine the chemistry method and step(chlorhydric acid-grain alcohol method) of separating and desalting taurine, get the taurine product that the total output is 55% and the purity is upon 99%.For avoiding the shortcoming of chemi-desalting mothed just like operation complicatly, the great consumption of chlorhydric acid and grain alcohol, the great lose of taurine, eg. In the second part of this paper, they discussing the feasibility of Separating and purifying Taurine by electrodialysis. The results show that, it is feasible for separating and desalting taurine by electrodialysis. And they test the operating condition and parameter of the electrodialyzer, draw a conclusion that operating voltage can be used as the important indicator for control the electrodialysis working normally under limited current; desalination solution can mark the process of desalt, and determine the end time of desalting process; after dealing withthe taurine solution treated by electrodialysis. They get the production of taurine with the purity of 98. 5% upon, and the production is up to national standard; according to feature of cycling (intermittence) desalting process, this paper first calculate the current-time curvilinear area by rectangle-method, through the electric quantity of electrodialyzer, get theoretic desalt amount , and get the current efficiency of electrodialyzer applied in this flow, the result is satisfying. |
