| As the third large consumption energy after oil and coal, Natural Gases is well known also as the most clean energy and paid attention generally by global countries. There are more than 3 million square kilometers "BULE GROUND" , where stores very rich resource of natural gases. After most years research carefully, China experts and scientists have found out and testified that China has seven large beckens of natural gases near the sea and about fourteen thousand billion cubic meter resource including five thousand billion resource of high economic value, besides that, there is eight to ten thousand billion natural gases resource under Nansha becken, where is more rich.For the development, storage and application of natural gases, the better purifying technics is very important. Natural gases purification includes removing water, getting rid of H2S and C02 generally. Removing water is the key of the technics. For developing accurate and efficient removing water technics, the precondition is the exact vapor-liquid-liquid phase equilibrium calculation of H20/Hydrocarbon' s multi component system, which is high polar system. What is valued and pointed out is that the mathematics model and computing way of about vapor-rich hydrogen-rich water' s flash process has been little reported till now.The main content of the paper is:1. By comparing all kinds of theory and formula using in H20/Hydrogen high polar multi component system, the CPA formula combing fugacity coefficient way is selected for the phase equilibrium calculation, including building mathematic model and making computing program.2. After analyzing the removing water technics for natural gases bymethanol, to test if the technics is feasible. The following conclusion is drew:1. Applying the vapor-liquid two phase and vpor-liquid-liquid three phase flash computing program of combining CPA formula and fugacity coefficient way to calculating H20/Methnol/Hydrocarbon multi component polar system, and has obtained the better results. The results of experiment and simulation are good agreement .'2. After analyzing the removing water technics of natural gases, the technics could remove the water in natural gases to the permission and the waste water is also under the limit of environmental protection. |
