The heating condition of ID-furnace is similar with which of actual pulverized-coal burner. It is used to do pulverized-coal combustion experiment in this paper. In the experiments, the ignition-temperature exponents of pulverized-coal and the difference-temperature distribution of combustion smoke are obtained.The difference-temperature distribution of combustion smoke shows the process of heat-release of pulverized-coal combustion. From the obtained curves, reaction mode of pulverized-coal ignition process is analyzed.Through the regression analysis between industrial & elementary analysis of coal and the ignition-temperature exponent of pulverized-coal, affection of all other variables on igniting characteristic is confirmed. Then combined with the difference-temperature distribution of combustion smoke the igniting model of single-coal is builtBy studied the affection of mixed-coal and single-coal on igniting characteristic, the igniting model of mixed-coal is built. Igniting exponents that calculated from the two different models of mixed-coal and single-coal are analyzed. Then their igniting characteristic could be contrastDepended on the single-coal experiment results, main facts which influence combustion stability of pulverized-coal are analyzed. Then the model of combustion stability of pulverized-coal is built It is checked by mixed-coal experiment results. The accuracy of the model is perfectly . |
