This paper is based on the reconstruction of JURGENS wide loom; there are four parts in this paper. The first part outlines the development history of loom, the advantages and disadvantages of JURGENS loom. At the same time, the first part of this thesis contrasts the new type of loom to the old. Hydraulic system is the prominent characteristic of JURGENS loom, so the paper discusses the principle of hydraulic system of JURGENS loom in part two, including let-off system, beating-up system and picking system. The third part is the most important part in this thesis, it designs the servo-control let-off system of JURGENS loom. To begin with, the paper selects the servomotor, rev-controller and the reducer; Secondly, in static analysis, the paper deduces the transfuction of AC motor and current controller, and sensor etc; Thirdly, depending on the MATLAB language, the paper designs the rev-controller and tension controller in dynamic analysis; Finally, in order to check the correctness of the design, the paper simulates the result of design depending on the MATLAB language. At last the fourth part of the paper analysts the worm wheel-worm shedding mechanism and the hydraulic shedding system.
