| We research a new technics of compositive environment protective steel pre-preparing (including oil-remove, rust-remove, phosphorization). Through electrochemistry method, we research the phosphorization techics to assure the phosphorization environment protective ingredient. We do the more to ensure oil-remove, rust-remove, phosphorization compositive steel pre-preparing ingredient and do the experiment to evaluate the finished product. The main content is the following:1, The process of phosphorization electrochemistry research: we do a series of experiments according to Zinc system phosphorizaiton basic liquid. We study respective ingredient of the phosphorization and the different technics which is in the process of phosphorization electrode potential diversification. We summarize that the respective ingredient and different technics condition will effect on phosphorization fiiming and the relation of the film to different ingredient dosage through the combination of the film situation. The result indicate that the most pivotal key to the normal temperature phosphorizaiton is accelerant and pH valve. The filming supporting ingredient and slow corrupting ingredient is inferior. The surfactant is the less factor. The study result is the reference for the environment protection, normal temperature phosphoraztion materials' election and technics.2, The study of the environment protection to the phosphorizaiton: based on the electrochemistry research and orthogonal experiment, we found a new normal temperature environment protection phosphorization ingredient. Its filming specification tally with the domestic standard.3, The study, which is in acidic environment: based on the phosphorization condition, we studied respective accessory ingredient and built-up ingredient oil removing function in acidic environment. We summarized that the respective accessory ingredient oil removing function and the respective built-up ingredient effect. We found that in single accessory ingredient environment, the best effect on oil removing is TO-8. In built-up ingredient the combination of TO-8,FA-12 and XN-45S got the best result and the optimal dosage is 0.5%. The whole study provides a fast, effective and non-toxin method to oil removing in normal temperature acidic condition.4, The study of compositive environment protection steel pre-preparing ingredient: we inspect the whole oil removing ingredient which effect on phosphorization process, the best dosage of the oil removing is 0.7% to remove oil filming and the time is 9 mins. On the other hands, combining with acidic oil removing mechanism, we handle with rusting sample and it reach the domestic standard.5, We tested respective items of compositive steel pre-preparing finished product. It tally with the domestic standard as bottom painting. |
