| In the dissertation, the study and development of the electromagnetic shielding materials at present were reviewed. On the base, the research and exploitation of the electromagnetic shielding composite based Ni coating were discussed in order to confer its engineering application fields and prospects. The electromagnetic shielding material in low frequency is a difficulty, the material was researched and a kind of magnet shielding coatings was first researched and made.The results of the study for the electromagnetic shielding multiple based Ni coating manifested: the kind~ shape.. diameter.. content and disperse of the fillers, and resin and solution and thickness were important in the functions. The ferret or fiber or sheet particle was good, metallic fiber was better. When the content was 80%-85%, its function was good. The framework was built with the resin and the filler. Under the spurting condition, the amount of the thinner should be lowed. The thickness was important in electric conductivity. The number of contacting particles and the shortest distance among particles were the key factors, which decided the completeness and closely knit degree of the framework.The results of the study of the magnet shielding coating in low frequency showed: the kind, shape.. content.. disperse of the fillers and thickness were important in the functions. When the fillers were non-crystal magnetic powder and micron Ni powder and magnetic fiber, the coating had good magnetic shielding function. And its function increased with the thicker coating.The results of the engineering application of the electromagnetic shieldingcomposite based Ni coating manifested: its functions were good and it could be usedIIin many kinds of engineering applications. It will have widespread foreground as a kind technical method with high effect and cheap and convenience. |
