Regional Sustainable Development Of Harmonious Relations Between The Various Elements

Sustainable development is widely used and accepted as a new viewpoint in the domains of sciences, governments and industrial departments in recent years. Based on the review of its proposal, development and trend, the paper puts forward the theoretical connotation of the sustainable development and points out population, resources, environment, economy, and society are the key elements of sustainable development. For the achievement of regional sustainable development, it is held that population is the key; resources and economic sustainable development is the basis; environmental sustainable development is the conduction and social sustainable development is the ultimate aim through the analysis of the five elements. With the mathematical analogue of condition and process of regional sustainable development and the study of the five elements, the coordinative mechanism of regional sustainable development is obtained, two main loops of feedback control are concluded: 1. Population â†'quantity of resources extraction â†' resources lack â†' population; 2. population â†' economic development â†' environmental pollution â†'population; the coordinative development orbit of regional system and the mathematical formula is derived. Finally this paper advances the strategy to develop the region's sustainable development and proper advice involving five elements: population, resources, environment, economy and society on the ground of the analysis of sustainable development in Qing Hai Province.
