In this paper, the synthesis of Zeolite Silicalite-1 with a kind of new template was studied , focus was placed on the influence on the synthesis of Zeolite Silicalite-1 of different factors including the concentration and alkalinity of crystallization system, crystallization duration and the amount of template, and finally the optimized crystallization conditions for Zeolite Silicalite-1 with high crystallinity and high productivity, good repetitiveness and short crystallization duration were found.By means of multi in-situ hydrothermal synthesis method, Zeolite Silicalite-1 were synthesized continuously in the pores of porous Titanium substrate by usage of a template with special structure and the preparation of the porous Titanium/ Zeolite Silicalite-1 composite membrane material were studied. The changes of Zeolite morphology during Zeolite crystallization in the pores of Titanium substrate were observed by SEM, the permeability of nitron on the composite membrane was tested, and finally the optimized condition for the preparation of the composite membrane material was given.The synthesis of Zeolite NaY with proper silicon and aluminum source was studied , focus was placed on the influence on the synthesis of Zeolite NaY of different factors including the crystallization temperature , crystallization duration, aging period and the amount of NaOH and water, and finally the optimized crystallization conditions for Zeolite NaY with high crystallinity and short crystallization duration were found. |
