Some Herbicides, Heavy Metal Ions On Carp Genetic And Physiological Toxicity | | Posted on:2002-02-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Y Nan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2191360032454372 | Subject:Zoology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the Copper~ Chromium., herbicide jing ke cao xing and herbicide glyphosate, this experiment studied the micronuclei and nuclear anomalies~ hemoglobin(Hb) erythrocyte(RBC) and leucocyte(WBC) in the peripheral blood of Carassius auratus.The result showed that the Copper~ Chromium~ herbicide jing ke cao xing~ herbicide glyphosate also can poison the fish under some conditions.But we found that different medicines have different result to the Carassius auratus.It also shows have different consequences with the same medicine.Jing ke cao xing: Almost all the test groups can increase the micronuclei and nuclear anomalies.Lt had a peak in the 3.Omg/L. Higher or lower the peak concentration,the frequencies of all the item are dropped.There are not significant correlation between concentrations and micronuclei.But the time and micronuclei have significant correlation. Jing ke cao xing can be accumulated by Carassius auratus.It had big physiological effect when we treat the fish with Jing ke cao xing. All the hemoglobin(Hb) and erythrocyte(RBC) are risen and all the leucocyte(WBC) are dropped.There are significant correlation between concentration or times and effect.glyphosate:There are some rate of micronuclei higher than contrastive groups and another rates of micronuclei lower than contrastive groups in the test groups.When the concentration are 0.O4mg/L and I .28mg/L(the toppest concentration),the micronuclei are higher.But the peaks concentration of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies are not sarne.ln the T test,there are very different in the micronuclei rate when the concentration are between 0.1 6mg/L and 0.3 2mg/L.There are significant correlation between hemoglobin(Hb) and erythrocyte(RBC) and times. The effect of leucocyte(WBC) are correlate to times and concentration.chromium: Under some conditions, the chromium can poison the Carassius auratus;When the concentrations are 1 0mg/L~ 2Omg/L and 4Omg/L, the effects of T test are different or very different.When the treaing times are 2 days and 4 days, some micronuclei rates rose and some dropped. All the micronuclei rates rose when the treating time longer than 4 days.When the treating time was 8 days, the micronclei rates were higher than contrastive groups,but lower than 6 days groups.All the concentrations and all the treating times,the hemoglobin(Hb) and erythrocyte(RBC) and leucocyte(WBC) rose.copper: There are more effect to Carassius auratus than chromium.The toppest rage of concerntration that Carassius auratus can endure are 0.8mg/L to 1 .Omg/L. All the micronuclei rates and almost nuclear anomalies with copper are higher than the contrastive groups.When the treating times is longer than 6 days, the Carassius auratus will die.The hemoglobin(Hb) and erythrocyte(RBC) of the Carassius auratus dropped in small rage, and then rose to higher than contrastive groups when the treating time is 2 days or 4 days.effect of vitamin B2: When we add the vitamin B2 to the treating groups, it have some influence. But the effect that vitamin B2 to the different medicines have different result.The effect of vitamin B2 in micronuclei and nuclear anomalies to copper is small. However theleucocyte(wnC) of some grollPs rose. Bot the effect of viAnin B2 to chromium in micronucleiand nuclear anomalies is big, and all the leucocyte(WBC) dropped.
