| In this paper ,by using basical principles,technological methods and equipment of composites ,light substrates for bipolar lead-acid battery are made out and composited with lead to build bipolar plates. The electrochemical properties of these materials are measured and analyzed. So the investigation work of this paper lays a foundation for the improvement of the lead-acid battery's properties. The main contents are as follows:1.Conductive inorganic materials-SbxSn1-xO2 and BaPbO3 are obtained by the selection of component contents and the control of process variables. These materials have fine conductivity. The influence of contents and variables on conductivity is qualitively and quantitatively analysed. The optimizing content and technological programme are set down.2.The influence of contents and variables is qualitively analysed. Bipolar composite substrate is made out by the solevent-mixing-separating method and hot-forming method . This substrate has high mechanical and electronical performances.3.The bipolar substrate and lead are compo sited and anodized by cyclic voltage to form bipolar plate. Bipolar plate's pore structure and active mass are analyzed. Distribution of electric current in the plate are analyzed. |
