The paper reviews the study of high heat-resistant solventless insulation impregnating varnishes and the study of dially isophathlate toughing .It is found that present varnishes have such shortcomings as high viscosity ,high curing temperature ,muti-component and short using life .To overcome these problems ,dially isophathlate (DAIP) is used as the main resin ,epoxy acrylates (VE) as the toughing agent ,DCP as the initiator .The obtained varnish has the advantage on low viscosity ,low curing temperature ,one component and long storage time .Besides these advantages ,it also has a dielectric performance ,high HDT ,good adhesive force and improved mechanical strength.Influencing factors such as prepolymerization of DAIP ,synthesis of VE ,recipe of initiator-inhibitor and curing technology are involved .FTLR is used to analyze synthesis of VE ,DTA and SEM are used to set up a toughing theory.
