| The main purpose of this paper is producing new carbonaceous material with plant residue such as bagasse and straw , and then discovering the new technique of utilizing plant residue synthetically.The principle and technique for fabricating new carbonaceous material were conducted to optimize the technical invariable related to the process of soaking ,pressing ,forming and sintering. Partial mechanical properties and physical properties of the carbonaceous material made of different materials with different directions were tested. Systematic evaluating of the material properties and forming mechanism of the carbonaceous material is carried at the same time .The experimental results demonstrate that this technique for fabricating carbonaceous material is feasible and practical. Uncovered are the two-sided effect of polymer in carbonaceous material fabricating due to different fixation and stuffing of polymer, defects in carbonaceous material, and variations of surface and internal porosity. Strength is also affected so as density and resistivity.The present work is also carried with increasing remains of carbon in composites and other properties via appending borax ,Zncl2,K2CO3, (NH4)2HPO4, trying to break a new path and room for plant residue recycling synthetically. |
