The proposition of the paper comes from a NSFC project-"Contributing Factorof Cutting Dust and Its Control Strategies". From analyzing the constitution of thedust in coal tunneling face, the paper draws a conclusion that cutting dust is the basiccause effecting the dust in coal tunneling face. By analyzing cutting theory, nature ofcoal and structure of pick, at the same time, according to the data collected from worksites, a mathematical relation between the concentration of cutting dust of coaltunneling face and the main factors effecting the concentration of coal tunneling faceis got. On the basis of the model, taking LH-1300 and S100-41 tunneling machinesas examples, the paper optimizes the adjustable parameters of the machines andputs forward some optimized design results for reference. The paper sets up aArtificial Neural Network model in the hope that the concentration of the dust whichcan be breathed in workers' pulmonary alveolus in coal tunneling face can bepredicted. |
