| In this paper, the laws of effect were studied of eght kinds of complexing agents,fivekinds of stabilizers and more than ten kinds of accelerators such as rare earth La in acidNickle-Phosphorus electroless plating bath by means of orthogonal-design experiments andcontrast experiments, And the relations were detailedly probed into of plating technics and thevelocity of Ni-P depositing,the capability of resisting corrosion of Ni-P depositing layer andbath solution stability etc. It is found which the proper match of complexing agent andstabilizer can improve the depositing velocity,the capability of resisting corrosion of Ni-Pdepositing layer and the bath solution stability.Finally, The comparative perfect matchs ofcomplexing agent,stabilizer and accelerator were found. |
