STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF FLOCCULATE DEPOSITE IN ABRASIVE PRODUTION ABSTRACT In this paper ,flocculate deposite technology was used in chemical treatment and mici2o powder classification of abrasive production. The agents to deposite rate such as potentical of hydrogen, barbotine concentration, regent quantity (concentration), tempture and technical operation were studied in detail and obtained the best deposite condition. The problem of water梤eused and environment梡rotected were studied correspondingly. In addition, this new method was, compared with traditional one. The results were that flocculate deposite can increase deposite rate more than 10 times, increase productive efficiency more than one time, reduce the loss of abrasive 80% , make water reuseful and reduce enviormental pollution. The mechanism of locculate deposite was analyzed with the theory of molecule梐dsorbing , double梕lectricity條ayers and colloid? chemistry . According to the characteristic and demands ofabrasive production , the proper added梤eagents were defined and which mechanism was also studied . The results of the experiment indicated that usingmacromolecularflocculate A ,inorganic梖locculate B and 1,梒harge梐djust C can reach comfortable flocculate deposite and make no bad effects to product quanlity...
