The method of Ni matrix and stainless steel(Cr13Ni4w)matrix gradient composite material reinforced with AI2O3 or TiCparticulates in situ prepared by reaction sintering and hightemperature filtration used Ti,C,AI,Fe2O3,and Fe,Ni,Cr,W power has been studied,aiming at the through water flowassembly surroundings condition,from meterial cavitationerosion and abrasion resistance performance requirement to putforward to functionlize requivement.The productsmicrostruture were observed and studeed by metallographicmicroscope,SEM and TEM;Used energy spectral instrument tomeasure different laminate and microarea of products;Phaseconstituents were studied by X—ray diffraction instrument.Theexperiment result shows:in TiC system,three different Ti:Cvalue power mixed with different content of(Ni,W)or Fe,Ni,Cr,W power was spreaded out in divided laminate and wasproduced as preform.Through high temperature sintering,TiCceramics phase was gained with its content varies continuouslyand gradiently in Ni or Cr13Ni4W steel matrix.The TiCparticulates appear regulation hexahedron distributehomogeneously above Ni or Fe,Ni,Cr solid solution .The bindeffect of alloy contain TiC alloy composite Iaminate with Nior stainless steel matel matrix was connected with mixed powerproportion and design of spread out laminate.In addition,there appear little content β-WC1-x and(Ni2W4)C carbideceramics phase in products besides TiC reinforce phase containW.In AI2O3 system,AI Fe2O3 power according to Al+Fe0O3'AI2O3+Feand its chemistry calculate proportion was mixed differentCr,Ni content and was spreaded out in divided laminate.Aftercold pressed and high temperature sintered,AI2O3/stainlesssteel matrix gradient composite material can be gained.ButAI2O3 appear as net state distribute above Fe,Ni,Cr matrixsolid solution Another there had a little Cr2O3 formed.The bindeffect of AI2O3 and Cr Ni alloy composite laminate and stainlesssteel matrix laminate also was connected with mixed powerproportion and design of spreaded out laminate....
